The entire experience was very pleasant. Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. The waiting area is spotless and coffee and bagels were available. My car was ready in less than an hour as the operation is run in a very efficient manner. Michael B. was helpful and thoughtful as usual. In New York I never brought my car to the dealership because it was a total hassle. Wow, what a difference in Delray Beach!
